Summer 2015 July 12, 2015 11:36

The gallery has been rockin' this past month. Summer is in full swing and even with all the rain, we've had a great time! This year's art fair was a big success. Last month we welcomed Brenda Kay's artwork to the gallery and this month we are honored to feature Steve Johnson's watercolors.

New bead types come out on a weekly basis. As a small retailer, it's extremely difficult to keep up. After taking a look at Bead & Button's latest issue we've stocked new bead types in colors featured in this month's issue so you can get your hands on them to try out. I know I'm itching to try out the new Kheops Par Puca. (Still not sure HOW you say this! If anyone knows, let me know.) It's a two-holed triangle and I've seen some pretty awesome projects using them. As soon as I get a chance to try them out, I promise we will get a class going that uses them.

Delicas... ah Delicas. We continue to expand our color offering of these favorite little guys. Last week I got in a few gorgeous colors you've gotta try. For those of you who know me, I adore a great olive (color & food alike), purple, and lime green.

I hope you'll stop in soon and say hello. And if you feel inclined to bring along some beadwork, just grab a seat!
