May no beading supply go to waste! You may elect to pick up unsold items or may choose to donate some or all of your items to local community outreach, daycare and senior living facilities. We sort unsold items and get them to the destination that can use them best.

  • DO explore your bead stash for beads, findings, tools, books, storage and other beading supplies you no longer want that another beader could use!

  • DO use bags and labels provided by The Beaded Peacock for all beads, small items and tools. Other types of ziplock bags will not be accepted. Books and large items may be without a bag, but must have the seller label taped in a visible location.

  • DO price your items to sell. Keep in mind what another beader might be willing to pay for your items.

  • DO decide which unsold items you would like to donate. You must check the DONATE box on your seller label, otherwise the unsold item will be returned to you.

  • DO fill out item labels completely, including portion below dotted line. Do not cut.

  • DO secure tag onto bag at top/sides only, not at the bottom as we will be cutting off the bottom portion when sold.

  • DON’T bring plastic beads, finished jewelry or heavily worn/dirty items. The Beaded Peacock reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet these standards.

Following the sale, your items and cash will be available for pick up starting Saturday, August 15th - 22nd.

Following August 22nd, 2026 any remaining unsold items will be donated. The Beaded Peacock is not responsible for lost/stolen items during the sale.
